The staff were not friendly. Queen sized bed is really a full sized bed. Hair left all over the room.

Horrible stay There wasn't any kitchenware at all, including any coffee maker. In the bathroom there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. In the shower the soap dish was broken with jagged edges. The window leaked when it rained. The TV reception was awful.

It’s not the hotels fault, but Hotels.com/expedia had some sort of glitch where my room was reserved under a “different name”. It took almost an hour for your site to resolve something even after my reservation was found.

The service was bad, the staff had heavy accents and they were difficult to understand. The room was dirty, the sofa was stained, there were no garbage cans anywhere in the room, there was no toilet paper holder, the toilet was clogged, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever laid on, it looked like a jail cot, thin mattress on a basic spring frame.
