Terrible no excuse. Tv was not easy to use and was damaged. Desk chair was broken. Therewas a odor in the room. The parking lot was being paved there was not nearly enough parking for guests. We parked in the reservation drive blocking it along with several others. There was a $50 dollar security fee not mentioned we we reserved our room. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee.I will not stay at another extended stay america ever.

very loud no sleep These was a loud noise all night coming from the room next door which I found out in the morning was the laundry but was not occupied at night,people up all night yelling and slamming doors,I had to get up at 5:30 to catch train and I am exhausted

I stayed there only for 1 night. I arrived late night and the staff at customer service desk was so rude. The room was very dirty. It had dirty floors which made my feet black. In washroom they were hairy towels, not one but all. And even the bed has stained sheets. It was disgusting. We checked out at 10:30 and complained to the staff. The front desk person called the police on us for sitting in the car, the room had no sheets we had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to wash new sheets for us, we needed new towels he said he had to wash them there were none available. It rained one night and the room was literally flooding and there was nothing that they could do. And once again there were no towels when we needed to wipe the water up. Please never stay here. It’s not worth the price you pay.

The most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had. Air conditioner stopped in the middle of the night, woke up sweating. Beds were like army cotts.
