Muy mal hotel, el servicio no sirve, la atención es muy mala.

I went with a five year old. I did not want to touch anything. Dirty carpet, dirty kitchen floor, stain covers and pillows. Remote was not in sight and I was not getting on the stained floor to look under anything. That place was disgusting with unwash sheets and stained floors. Then he had the nerve to tell me my room was no longer available and he had to charge me $11 for the room he gave me. The hotel was cheap, so I booked it on Expedia There were no glasses in the room. There was no trashcan in the room. The heater in my room did not work. The place is getting old and very worn out

Not good. No towels at room at check-in. 3 guests in room. 5 hrs after check- in was only able to get 2 towels. Door lock was not opening at room and had to work it 3x to get it to open. According to signs they had posted, we, the guests, had to take our trash to trash drop off and not housekeeping.

Horrible When I walked in I should have turned around and walked out. Somebody who looked to be on drugs or a transient was up front arguing with the person at the front desk. Then finally another girl started and got me checked in. I walked to my room and the whole hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. To ExtendstayAmerica: 3-21-23 My stay @ ESA Schaumburg Convention Center was shameful!!! 1. Where is your guest service? Where are your amenities? 2. They didn't know how to find my confirmed reservation & the clerk had to call corporate. 3. when I got up to my floor, the entire hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. 4. I had to ASK for dishes & never even got a full set. That's ridiculous.
