Wasn’t clean at all. The shower curtain was suppose to be white but half was orange from build up from past stays. Every towel had stains in it. I had to personally mop everything because it was sticky and looked dirty right when I got to my room.

Clean issue The staff was not friendly and helpful at all, the property was not clean and the room was dirty at the beginning but they changed it with another one

Room curtain was off track and hanging loose. Window screen was broken and had hole. Bathroom was dirty and smelly, bathroom fan was covered with thick lint. I requested new towels for the second day, but staff said they do not have any additional towels. By the way, towel and bed sheet had brown stain. Kitchen PLAM was peeling. Floor was linoleum and floor transition was taped by strip of clear tapes. I travel a lot. This was one of the worst hotel.

Musty smelling corridors and room. Poor Internet connection…was not working 1st night. Not even an ice bucket and machine nor coffee maker and onsite coffee in lobby. Ownership obviously doesn’t invest in the property nor basic guest amenities.

This place was disgusting. There was blood on the beds and sheets. They tried putti me me in 3 different rooms all disgusting. And I’m still waiting on a refund for the last 2 nights that I was suppose to be there. I only stayed 1 night out of the 3 I booked. I was in town for a family member passing and it was a horrible experience.

Very Dissapointed Stains on bed sheets and comforter. No light in bathroom. Used restroom and shower without lighting. No cold water coming out of bathroom sink. Some of the lamps had no bulbs. Cupboards were filthy. Insect behind curtain. And the tv wouldn't work. We complained at front desk and they assured me it wouldn't come out of deposit!! Overall, they should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service.

I renewed my stay for this place online, and the staff accepted my renewal - no problem. Then the desk attendant knocked on my door late that night to tell me that I had already stayed 21 days and that I had to leave. And this is after she had accepted my renewal hours earlier! Then? When I checked out the next morning? The staff would not give me a receipt.
