The clerk said I had not paid. I gave him my Expedia receipt. He GRABBED my phone out of my hand to look at it and demanded that I email it to him. I attached it to an email, he GRABBED my phone a second time and entered the email address when I asked him for it. Tv doesn’t work. Already told man at front desk. He said to give it a little time. It’s been an hour, still no tv. Says NO SIGNAL. CALLED front desk, no answer.

Unkept hotel! I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel not clean and front desk service not good. Breakfast????? what breakfast!!!!! Coffee was watered down!

worst hotel i've ever stayed in. i will never go back to this place again.
The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma and that was a huge downfall and the bedroom smelled horrible pure cigarettes and fumes. Disgusting and the restroom was filled with hairs all over the sink and the bathtub had dirty stains and the walls were yellow filled with smoke and there was an almost empty toilet paper roll and had no extras.
