Dirty and ac Was broke for two nights we pulled out and went to another hotel to finish the trip

The room I had reserved was no longer available, so we were "upgraded" to a suite at no charge. There were 2 microwave ovens in the room, one was broken and the other randomly turned on in the middle of the night. Live cockroach in bathroom. Overall disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Also found a full water bottle under dresser, a tooth pick and ATM receipt, none of which were mine. The location was good overall.

I had booked my hotel room and informed them I will be checking in late. However, after a long 9 hour drive, the hotel said they don’t have a room for me even though I paid a booked the room long time ago. The staff was very rude and not cooperative. I saw one of the rooms and it was disgustingly unclean. I had to get another room at another hotel in the end. I never had a bad experience like this before.

When we arrived, we went to the front desk. We checked on and got our room number. There were about 10 people sitting in chairs in the hallway on the 1st floor. When we started walking to our room to the 2nd floor we noticed all of the secure doors to the parking lots were propped open. We got the the 2nd floor, there were about 15 people sitting in chairs in the hallway. we got to our room and the door wasnt even shut. It was propped open. Stay away from this hotel if possible

It’s saying free breakfast but nothing there only coffee and no pillows and blankets
