Staff very rude lied about how to extend your stay so you didnt go through third party and then charged my credit card more than what I agreed to.

Not sure it was just the room issue. The bathroom was very dirty . None of the drains were not having cover it was very bad looks like snake can come in from drain. There were so many aunts in bathroom. Bathroom wall was breaking . There was not blacnket in the room. Kitchen microwave was not working properly. Kitchen drain was blocking . Mostly I always pick Extented Stay hotel but going forward I would need to think twice before booking this Hotel chain.

Gross, go somewhere else. The room was not clean, mold in the tub and window sills. There was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no refills. We had to ask and then received a bit of an attitude about it. Absolutely no dishes to use or even a plastic cup in the kitchen (pretty pointless to even have if you can't use it). The bathroom tub and sink did not drain properly. You have a minute or two before the tub starts filling up with dirty water. There was pink mold around the caulking in the tub and it was in desperate need of being replaced. The hardwood looking flooring was the perfect disguise for the feces next to the toilet that was never cleaned. I think the sheets were cleaned but were stained. One lamp by the bedside was non functioning. Will not be returning.

The night attendant was not there to check us in. No one answered the phone and we had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room. I want one night comp or I'm going to reverse my credit card.

Room was filthy, bedding has dark stains on it, bathroom had bugs in it and the cabinets were not attached to anything just sat up against the wall. When checking in it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and help me even though I could see them sitting in the office. The guy took a picture of my drivers license and credit card on his phone so I’m waiting for the fraud claims.

Property was dirty. The room was dirty and had broken door handles and TV was broken as well. Very bad.
