The front disk guy was rude upon check in , he is not welcoming type of person . Hotel elevator and hall way smells awful.

The floors were very dirty and there were drugs found on the floor by my autistic son. He tried to eat it off of the floor!

Sink doesn’t drain Difficult to get them to clean room

The room and entire place had a musty/bad smell. I had to spray body spray to be able to deal w it. No one gave any information when I checked in about breakfast, check out time, ice machines location, etc.

Worst hotel ever. They never clean my rom, since the beginning smells bad, nasty and dirty. Worst customer services.

Worst Extended Stay America ever It was an overall bad experience at the hotel. The room keys didn't work and we had to get changed to a new room. There was no remote for the TV or telephone to call the front desk and when I finally did get a remote the TV service was out for hours. The room stunk all night no matter how much we sprayed for a few minutes and the bed was like sleeping on I wooden. plank. Don't Stay Here The Extended Stay in Schaumburg,IL was not a clean hotel. It was more like a motel that had larger rooms. The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the hallways and the rooms are dark, with old carpet and an unpleasant odor. There is no lobby and the breakfast area is on the side of the front desk. It's awful. I left the hotel and had to find another location.

チェックイン時にスタッフが電話応対中であったため、スタンバイ&ながら対応で、結局完了までに約30分かかった。加えて「オーナーが変わったためシステム更新中」とのことでWiFiは全く使えず。また滞在中の深夜に「システムに情報登録するのでIDをもってフロントへ来てくれ」と内線電話がかかる始末、就寝中だったため低調にお断りし翌日フロントへ申し出ても申し送りがなされておらず結局骨折り損。ありえない。
