The whole third floor smelled of marijuana and right away we cancelled our reservation there and now working to get my money back from Expedia

The room constantly smelled like smoke, despite many signs asking guests to not smoke. The bathroom always smelled like smoke and was tough with my asthma. No matter how many freshners I used, the room consistenly smelled. The bathtub was also not clean at all, and I only received 1 bar soap and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for a 3 days stay.

The clerk said I had not paid. I gave him my Expedia receipt. He GRABBED my phone out of my hand to look at it and demanded that I email it to him. I attached it to an email, he GRABBED my phone a second time and entered the email address when I asked him for it. Tv doesn’t work. Already told man at front desk. He said to give it a little time. It’s been an hour, still no tv. Says NO SIGNAL. CALLED front desk, no answer.
