Unkept hotel! I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel not clean and front desk service not good. Breakfast????? what breakfast!!!!! Coffee was watered down!

worst hotel i've ever stayed in. i will never go back to this place again.
The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma and that was a huge downfall and the bedroom smelled horrible pure cigarettes and fumes. Disgusting and the restroom was filled with hairs all over the sink and the bathtub had dirty stains and the walls were yellow filled with smoke and there was an almost empty toilet paper roll and had no extras. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed with. From the very beginning at check-in with the confrontational man at the front desk with intense body odor to the damaged filthy room with hair in the shower and on the sheets, stained carper and sticky kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Unlike other ESA hotels I’ve enjoyed in the past, there were no dishes or utensils of any kind in the kitchen, which made it pretty useless. Less than I expected at a hotel. I realize this is a no-frills hotel but I thought that at least the bare minimum of basics would be supplied. There were two bath towels, one hand towel and a washcloth supplied along with a facial soap and a bath soap. No shampoo or conditioner. I never write a review on my stays but this time was really bad Everything looks dirty and the bath sink was stocked, we was a family of 4 and only 2 bath towels in the bath ,we asked for more and never received anything The breakfast offered is only coffee and muffins The bed sheets has hair from other guests the carpet in the room looks so dirty 😩 I dont recommend this property at all.

Upon checking in lady was rude and seemed to not know what she was doing, first room I got tv was broken. Second room smelled bad and didn’t even have toilet paper. Loud at night
