First room we got was filthy, beyond dirty! Second room we got switched over to the toilet was full of crap, clogged we couldn’t even use it

Didn’t have any cups in the room then housekeeping open the door and we haven’t even checked out

I booked a room by hotels app charged $90 then for some reason at check in the hotel charged another $50 deposit fee but at check out I never received my money back

Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the first room they gave me (which was supposedly non-smoking) smelled so strongly of cigarettes that it stuck to my clothes for the rest of the day even though I changed rooms shortly after. It was so strong I started to feel sick within 10 minutes. The room I ended up staying in was pretty dirty with no soap or anything else (maybe because I changed rooms?) and they make you give a $50 deposit. The only bright spot was the lady who helped me check in and change rooms was very nice.

Uncomfortable bed, no shampoo, dirty shower, breakfast was oatmeal and a muffin.

The bed worked. The heater did not work. Told to come to front desk for blanket and tv remote. TV was broken, literally broken screen and did not function at all aside from showing me options for hdmi. Lol. Jacked up place. But it was cheap and I didn’t have sleep on a park bench.The mngmt seems to be trying.

First, the staff was friendly especially the cleaning staff. Our gripe was not with them. It would have to be the operations manager or no budget for maintenance that caused the issues. 1) all the outlets had clear tape over them. Why? When I plugged in my computer I thought it was a child protection cover. Nope. It was tape. Some outlets were covered in cardboard. 2) black mold in the bathtub tiles. 3) Stained towels 3) front cabinet doors completely missing.
