Don't Stay Here The Extended Stay in Schaumburg,IL was not a clean hotel. It was more like a motel that had larger rooms. The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the hallways and the rooms are dark, with old carpet and an unpleasant odor. There is no lobby and the breakfast area is on the side of the front desk. It's awful. I left the hotel and had to find another location.

チェックイン時にスタッフが電話応対中であったため、スタンバイ&ながら対応で、結局完了までに約30分かかった。加えて「オーナーが変わったためシステム更新中」とのことでWiFiは全く使えず。また滞在中の深夜に「システムに情報登録するのでIDをもってフロントへ来てくれ」と内線電話がかかる始末、就寝中だったため低調にお断りし翌日フロントへ申し出ても申し送りがなされておらず結局骨折り損。ありえない。

Hotel gives the impression of being clean and safe. But is no plates, pots, cups, cutlery as kitchen equipment, no coffee machine, no hair dryer, no towels (one towel per person for three nights), no blanket to cover (only sheets - not clean enough), carpet very stained, NO PHONE in room to contact reception. The receptionist promises to bring, for example, a hair dryer to the room, but he doesn't. Breakfast: coffee and muffin quarter size, breakfast place is a niche with no table. Greeting was brusk, unwelcoming. When i got to the room all cupboards were empty - no utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, or cups. Mattress was well-worn and saggy. Bathroom vent was caked with dust. Bathroom tub grout showed signs of mold in yhe corners near the bathtub and some caulking was cracked or missing. There were only 2 yowels and 1 face towel available. No hangers in the open closet and it was appointed with what appeared to be a DIY wire shelf home closet organizer. I will not be staying at this location again.

The front desk lady was werid and called me by my first. Name it was kindof uncomfortable
