The white lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and basically stole money from me

Find something better.. Dont waste your $$$ here. Pros: Close to I-90 and some good restaurants. Cons: Everything. Pay some more and find a cleaner & functional place to stay.

It was a horrible experience. I checked in and the first room wasn’t clean. And the second room had food in the microwave and refrigerator freezer was dirty. When you sit on the toilet it smells like pee. And it was animal hair on our covers. They never changed rooms again or sent housekeeping to clean up or change covers. I bought sheets

Disgusting do not stay here. The hotel was disgusting, we had booked two rooms. One room was yellowed by nicotine and smelled of smoke, the carpet in bot rooms was disgusting and had burn marks and unknown substances ground into the carpet. The other room smelled like cat pee. The air conditioner smelled old and musty. They advertised breakfast and we were informed there was no breakfast, I asked for a discount by the hotel and hotels.com since this was a deciding factor. Hotel staff very unwelcoming. After booking hotel, I arrived there only to be told there was no room. Very very rude front desk staff

Not worth what i paid for, tv not working, no trash bin in the bathroom, waited 25 min at the front desk to check in coz no one is there, no phone in the room to call room service

FRIST I was told no room availability, then they don't accept clr members I don't know what this is, but I'm not a member then they wanted me to pay again at the property, then I waited in the lobby for 1 hour why they try to fix whatever problem no one knew how to fix it they had to call someone to walk them throw this, then when I finally got a room it stinks not clean and they had know more rooms available the staff had know control of the hotel people were everywhere doing whatever they wanted this was the worst hotel I ... read more
