The rooms are spacious. Wait of 30 minutes to check in -- only one staff at desk and other guests were complaining about the rooms that they were assigned. No breakfast! No mattress in sofa bed! No coffee maker! Very few dishes!

Not happy and not recommended We booked two double bed room in advanced. They had none. End up with one king bed. No breakfast eventhough booking says breakfast included. No coffee cup at all for morning coffee. Nightmare in check in. Wouldn't recommend

When I checked in, the room looked ok. When I turned the lights on there was something under the bed. And the bed was small for 2 fairly chubby people. I asked the front desk if I could pay for upgrade and said there was nothing available. Then I went to take a shower and the tub was filthy. Super black. I went a the nearest target to buy some supplies to clean the bathroom. Would definitely never stay here again.
Good Location…that’s about it. WiFi was down for almost two days when I arrived. Had to ask for my own cookware/plates; never got any silverware. Had to ask for washcloths. NO hairdryer, had to buy my own. Carpet was FILTHY…I wore socks that I can’t get clean because they were so dirty from walking on the carpet. Very poorly managed property.

Came in and my television stopped working in my room there was no ice machine I had to move to another room and the staff didn’t seem to care how to asked for soap at the Front desk and the young lady was on the phone so I had to track down a me Kart and get it myself
