Disappointed The hotel room had not been properly cleaned nor serviced. There was an empty roll of toilet paper on the wall. There was a kids toothbrush on the dresser top.

No breakfast offered despite listing. No queen rooms available and desk lady did put me in double room (at no extra cost) but told me I should have called first before booking. Few hair balls/fuzz balls located throughout room and bathroom. Crumbs on counter. TV didn’t work, clock not plugged in. Should have read reviews before booking.

I landed late at ORD airport around 11:50PM due to a delayed flight and booked this in a hurry but then I realized that they won't check in after midnight. So I was trying to contact to hotel front desk to see if they would still check me in but no one answered. Therefore, I decided not to make a pointless uber trip there without knowing if I could get in. The AC only blew room temp air so it was very hot, especially on the 3rd floor and the pull out bed was so flimsy you couldnt sit on the edge without literally falling through. One reason we chose this place was for the free breakfast they stated on the website only to get there and be told its not offered due to covid.
