Air conditioner didn't cool the room had to sleep on top of it in order to be cool.

Took 15 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in the long line that had formed or people checking in. Whole property smelled bad. Our room smelled like dirty water and mildew. We only chose this place because of the kitchen, and it stated every room came equipped with a microwave, stove, and cookware. However, there was no microwave. There was a stove, but no cookware. I wasn't able to check in until 6p and when the room was ready, there was a strong smell in the room when we got inside. Due to the smell we ended up leaving and not staying the night.

I was treated nasty by one staff member, a lady in particular. I had a prior reservation, I extended my stay and she said it was canceled the following day. I then called Expedia to verify things. I found out that she lied. She placed us in two rooms that was nasty, things weren’t working in the rooms. Over all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Most things did work and lack of promised services - grill, working burners, plugs to sinks, no breakfast. Quite disappointing.
