It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel, first checking took forever bc their computers were down, the hallways n the room were dirty. The bathroom didn’t look that clean..plus I was given a room next a room that had a whole family yelling n crying all night long..I couldn’t even sleep..I kept waking up every hour, literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Checked in and my key card wasn't working. I tried it more than three times. I called the front desk 4 times. No one answered the phone. Finally, I had to go downstairs with all my personal belongings to inform the employee the key card was not working. Instead of reprogramming the key card he gave me a different room. 15 minutes later 2 dogs were barking for over 2 hours. The dogs were across my room. I could hear them clearly. Illinois Landscape Convention 2020 Experience horrible would not stay here again nor would I refer anyone.

Didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t toilet paper in the bathroom and that I found a syringe with needle under the bathroom sink. I reported it to the front desk.

Rude front desk staff. Checked me out a day early after I prepaid for 2 nights stay. Expedia made it right but extremely rude staff. Lack of customer service to check out a paying customer that prepaid for a two nights after the first night claiming "your money ran out"!!!
