Room was by the door, couldn’t sleep all night !! Too much disturbance.

Cozy room but not clean. Room smelled musty, the bathroom wasnt clean and found hair in the tub and toilet seat which was really gross. Also the floors were not swept or mopped so the bottom of our socks and feet got caked with dirt/dust. Cozy room though.

We woke up in the morning and we had to wait from 6:30 to 7:30 to get coffee made. Breakfast is very poor comparing to other hotel from same type

I wasn't aware until after i arrived thst night got my already paid reservation for 2 nights that the satellite channels was not working due to the storm from a week ago. This should've been made aware to customers via email or phone. I had 2 kids with absolutely nothing to do. I definitely believe a courtesy credit is do. Janet at the front dedk was a little clueless on how to do anything. Took me 10 minutes to get my key n paperwork.

The floor i stayed on and my room in particular smelled like it was used to test the level of THC in the local weed supply. There was a guy pass out in the hallway. I told the staff and he was there, laid out, when i came back from dinner. I left early and did not stay a second night.
