The manager was very nice and polite at check in but it was awful after that. The room was not very clean and the other guests were loud and obnoxious. Tried calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room due to the pounding noise overhead but no one answered. The check out person did not ask us anything but argued with another staff member the whole time.

The manager was super nice, but other staff, not so friendly

Property was overbooked. Drove 30 minutes to get here to find this out.

Get Your Crap Together! This place was an awful experience. Had to pay extra for towels, Toilet paper and kleenex. No one ever answered the phones at front desk. No one was around when had to go to the front desk. Ended up buying my own neccesities at a store. The free breakfast was grab and go, in packages and no where to sit to eat it. This is also the 2nd employee that has had a horrible experience. They last employee had a water fall in his room and when he switched rooms that door didn't shut properly. There was a smell like fish in entire hotel. Room wasnt cleaned at all (wet towels found in refrigerator).. hairs all over the place

Scary I was there for two days and I was in three rooms the first room smelled like an ashtray. The second room was freezing the heater did not work then in the morning when I woke up there was a bed bug crawling on the pillow. The third room was fine but mentally I was uncomfortable.

Not happy Room smelled like pee and the tv only worked for a few mins then had issues

Extended Stay or more like 'StayAway'. Missing curtains in room, cracks in ceiling and wall, dirty cabinets in the bathroom, musky smell had to keep the window open the whole time. Make sure you have your toiletries because you won't find much in these rooms. Appliance handles all loose and door lock did not work half the time. Advertised and paid for continental breakfast was NOT available. Lots of Wow moments on this one. Staff was friendly but limited as was the property. Will not stay in this chain again nor recommend it... read more
