decent if ok with sacrificing some amenities overall hotel and rooms were disappointing. the cleanliness was decent but could have been cleaner. for example, the top "comforter" on the bed was a bit outdated/old/thin and there was a small brown stain on it. there were several cobwebs up in the corners of the ceiling. hotel didn't have a lobby, work out facility, or pool. there was barely a free "breakfast" in the morning. pretty much muffins, coffee, and juice. Great service! We were in the area from Michigan because my husband’s mother was dying and all the hotels were booked in the area because of a trade convention. The room was fine & clean but it was the over and above, special service (at a really bad time for us)from the manager Jessie that really made the stay exceptional. Thank you Jesse!

Nice campus. But need to clean or change the carpets. The smell was too bad. Hallway especially.
