WHAT A MESS The first room we were given was filthy. The bathroom light didn't work, the microwave was dirty the refrigerator was dingy and old the floor had bug shells in the corners and one of the beds was wobbly that the mattress with base came completely up from the floor when you just sat on the edge. We asked to move to another room and although the lady at the front desk was very pleasant she didn't know what condition the room was in. The tv wasn’t working the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold at all and it was nets flying around everywhere in the bathroom from the sewer and plus they gave us a handicapped room. The linen on the bed was dirty and the carpet was nasty as well next time I will be going to their other location

My room did not have tV, i called and they had no rooms to accommodate, I asked for discount and employee told me to call on Monday for manager

Our stay was short but enough to consider not returning to this hotel. Our first morning on our way out for the day we wanted to get some coffee and it was out and it was only 9am. When we returned back in the evening hours on our way to our room we noticed there was a trash bag in front of someone else's room . No big deal at the time but it was left there for the next 36 hours and started to smell really bad. Everything is old and dirty! Carpet on the way to rooms is filthy and smelly! No shampoo, no body lotion, no hair conditioner in the bathroom, the floor in the room is filthy, the microwave and the fridge are filthy! “ dirty and old”! The 2 receptionists I met are nice and respectful but they are obviously helpless because they have nothing to help us! I would blame the management who left the property miserable like that.
