Lobby was dirty. Check in process was so slow and the ipad they used for checking in was dead and not plugged in. Fridge in the room was dirty and outdated. Tv in the room was old and small. Bathroom was old and dirty. The only good thing was the bed. It was comfy.

Imagine paying Expedia, showing up and being told they are sold out and I need to contact Expedia. Refund is coming but what a crock! I won’t give it zero stars but want Expedia and this place to figure out what that keeps happening. Corporate greed!

Had to leave room immediately after check-in. Food spash on wall, dirty and unswept floors, hair on the cabinet, and dirty counter top.

Smell horrible like a daycare soon as u walk in and the elevator and hotel hallways smell like a boys locker room. I think a motel might have been better I didn’t even stay the night
