Air conditioner was noisy, refrigerator made sounds like a growling dog,,the bottom of my socks got dirty from the carpet and they forgot to enter my request for a 3am wakeup call so i missed my flight,,,never again will i stay at a Extended Stay hotel !!!

This is worst experience. 1. Staff wasn't aware about I have 2 rooms, overall both rooms were in bad shape but 1 was totally dirty. Hair on bed, missing blanket, dirty kitchen, you name it. And didn't look like they have staff to take care about it. 2. Breakfast is a formality, 1-2 items and had to ask multiple times for refills. 3. Upon check-in, the 1st room we were assigned had not been cleaned in any way. Dirty sheets piled on the bed, the previous room key on the counter, trash everywhere, dirty bathroom. I immediately went downstairs to inform the desk clerk. Very apologetic and helpful in getting us another room. 2nd room was sufficient, but outdated. When I got there the person behind the death was rude he told me if I don't have a $50 deposit that I could get out of his hotel he made me cancel my room he will get disrespect for him rude and for that to be a business if they got people there that act like that they don't need to be open
