First the room i booked said it was furnished with a king bed and full size sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. The bed had crumbs and hair in it. Bathroom sink had hair and look to be crumbs in it,so did the bathtub

Totally disappointed and will never use again! Location was great, and the Desk Clerk on duty in the afternoons were great, but there were too many issues with the hotel and the room. It was surprising because from outside, the building looks good and modern. Inside it's dated and there is a distinct odor of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel is designated Non-Smoking. Spend the extra money Dated…rooms were nasty and had a very bad smell. After the third room replacement I just requested a refund.

Not great. The whole placed smelled and the room was run down.. The “free breakfast” was coffee & two different packaged snacks you could grab.

I was placed in a room that was not cleaned from the previous tenant. The bed was missing sheets and pillow covers. The bathroom didnt even have toilet paper and the room smelled like someone was smoking.
