Saturday night Nobody was working the front desk was I arrived; had the wait 10 Mins for someone to help me check in.

Booked 2 twin room got 1 king bed room. Had my 2 kids with me so it was a terrible stay. Breakfast is a joke. Coffee is terrible. Kitchen Cabinets won't close. Lights wont turn on.

We checked in around 3 AM and asked for late checkout. We were told late checkout was 2 PM so we paid for the extra time and went to our room. We put the do not disturb sign on the door and went to sleep. 11 AM is normal checkout. At 11:05 AM the front desk guy was banging at our door telling us we need to get out. Totally disrupting our sleep. I wouldn’t stay at this location again

WHAT A MESS The first room we were given was filthy. The bathroom light didn't work, the microwave was dirty the refrigerator was dingy and old the floor had bug shells in the corners and one of the beds was wobbly that the mattress with base came completely up from the floor when you just sat on the edge. We asked to move to another room and although the lady at the front desk was very pleasant she didn't know what condition the room was in. The tv wasn’t working the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold at all and it was nets flying around everywhere in the bathroom from the sewer and plus they gave us a handicapped room. The linen on the bed was dirty and the carpet was nasty as well next time I will be going to their other location

My room did not have tV, i called and they had no rooms to accommodate, I asked for discount and employee told me to call on Monday for manager
