Our stay was short but enough to consider not returning to this hotel. Our first morning on our way out for the day we wanted to get some coffee and it was out and it was only 9am. When we returned back in the evening hours on our way to our room we noticed there was a trash bag in front of someone else's room . No big deal at the time but it was left there for the next 36 hours and started to smell really bad. Everything is old and dirty! Carpet on the way to rooms is filthy and smelly! No shampoo, no body lotion, no hair conditioner in the bathroom, the floor in the room is filthy, the microwave and the fridge are filthy! “ dirty and old”! Lobby was dirty. Check in process was so slow and the ipad they used for checking in was dead and not plugged in. Fridge in the room was dirty and outdated. Tv in the room was old and small. Bathroom was old and dirty. The only good thing was the bed. It was comfy.

Imagine paying Expedia, showing up and being told they are sold out and I need to contact Expedia. Refund is coming but what a crock! I won’t give it zero stars but want Expedia and this place to figure out what that keeps happening. Corporate greed!

Had to leave room immediately after check-in. Food spash on wall, dirty and unswept floors, hair on the cabinet, and dirty counter top.
