Staff was friendly, but room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. Floors were not mopped and carpet was not vacuumed. Bed was OK. Photos of the hotel were very misleading.

Check in was easy but when I arrived in my room there was a stinky smell in rhe room and toilet paper I informed the front desk but they replied this is the only room available at this time. I tried to accommodate myself but the loud noises from the other rooms and smell was too much for me to handle as I was so tired and needed a much deserved rest. So after few hours of twisting and trying in my bed I decided to leave the hotel and ended up staying with my friends home.

The property was dirty! The box frame on the bed had no bed skirt. I had to apply the bed skirt myself. The halls smelled dirty and like smoke. The top of the fridge and the outer parts of the fridge was filthy. I was told that house keeping called off for the day. The hotel clerk said she should have called off work herself as well. The toilet had what looked like mildew floating in it. The walls also had marks on them and the furniture has damage to it. There were no rooms cleaned and ready for check in at 7pm. Staff at the front desk was honest and sympathetic.

No kitchen items in the room and very few to be had (one pot only, one mug and one glass for two people) from the front desk. Had to check out a toaster which didn’t work. Not fun. Wasn’t an extended stay experience at all.

Check-in should have been the first clue as to how bad this place is. The lobby smelled of smoke. I was kid this was a smoking hotel, and was told no-smoking. Yet I could smell it in the building.
