Front desk clerk was nice. HOWEVER, THE room BED WAS NASTY AND DISGUSTING!! STRAINS, HAIR, FILTH IN MY BED!! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UPSET AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I DIDN'T SLEEP M THAT BED OR ROOM1😳😳😏😏☹☹

I called them and they said they had a pool. When I went to the hotel there wasn't a pool, they lied about that. They NEVER came to clean the room and I had to make my own bed and clean it. We had to go downstairs to get towels, soap, coffee etc. they brought us nothing. The have a kitchen and the pot handles are broken and can't hold them. We even had to go downstairs to get a plunger for out toilet, they would not do it. They would NOT do anything for us.
