I am a loyal Expedia customer who has trusted this platform for many years due to the reliability of your reviews and quality of service. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash Kenwood Rd fell far below expectations, the “exceptional “ reviews on here are not accurate. The worst reviews are.

The property smelled like marajuana upon entry. Room did not have towels and the air conditioner did not work.

This hotel is rundown and disgusting. The garbage room was overflowing with trash and made the hallway smell. I saw a roach crawling on the fridge. I didnt even want to sit on the cahir or put my feet on the ground

Absolutely do not stay here. It is like low income subsidized housing. They do not clean the rooms and there are bugs. We saw cockroaches. We ended up leaving the moment we walked in and staying somewhere else. The room wasn’t cleaned and there were no sheets on the beds. Mattresses were filthy. And yea more than one cockroach climbing up the wall. Luckily getting a refund was super easy

Extremely hot, attendant would not help get connected to the dumb washers which would not accept card our key cards got deactivated on daily basis, had only one towel per person and I am big needed more than that to dry on had to turn in a towel to get one. scared of those smoking and discarding cigarette butts in mulch by our exit door could catch fire. Hugely disappointed. While price was not bad, it was not good experience
