Horrible !!!! Don’t bother! Horrible experience, they canceled our reservation after we arrived late but still billed me for 2 rooms. Then said we had no reservations for the 2nd night but billed me for that. Horrible management customer service who wasn’t even interested in helping me. Worst experience ever, we ended up missing the wedding ceremony because of this. Dirty and unkept property
Checked in around 6:30pm and checked out around 10:30-11pm. Terrible cigarette, weed and mold smell throughout entire property. Stained counter top, dirty window sill, by far the worst property I’ve been to in 15 yrs.
Thee bummiest place. The place stank and was extremely bummy
Rude Staff Staff incredibly rude
Property was dated and the rooms were beat up with worn anc and torn carpet. The manager on duty wasn't any help and looked and acted very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel at all. There is another Extended Stay America about 2mins away on Reed Hartman.
Stinky and sticky room. The room was supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was sticky.
We had to change rooms at midnight because we found roaches in our room. The second room they gave the air conditioner had a pretty bad musty smell coming from it
