Ur pretty much doing housekeeping work. U empty ur own garbage, pick up towels from front desk. U have to bring down old towels in order to get them. The same goes for dishes. There was no phone in the room, was promised one, but never got it. No decaf coffee since 2010. Not enough coffee makers to go around. Muffins were stale.

We discovered dishes in the room and hair embedded in a bath towel after desk staff were off duty. Unable to fix during night, no compensation or refund offered at checkout.

Horrible !!!! Don’t bother! Horrible experience, they canceled our reservation after we arrived late but still billed me for 2 rooms. Then said we had no reservations for the 2nd night but billed me for that. Horrible management customer service who wasn’t even interested in helping me. Worst experience ever, we ended up missing the wedding ceremony because of this. Dirty and unkept property

Checked in around 6:30pm and checked out around 10:30-11pm. Terrible cigarette, weed and mold smell throughout entire property. Stained counter top, dirty window sill, by far the worst property I’ve been to in 15 yrs.
