Disgruntled n wasn't even a customer!!!! I didn't even book the hotel! All I did was go on the page to click the button to purchase. Wasn't sure what grandchildren were going to do, so I held off. The next morning, I'm charged $89!!!

Unfortunately I had to leave this hotel and get refunded, due to the room lack of cleanliness. The bed was cover in stains and the sheets were dirty and had all type of stains possibly blood or any other substance. Staff was nice but unfortunately this should’ve been taken care of before anyone was given the room

When we first arrived to check in, the lady at thr desk very rudely told us thwt check in was at 3 pm (it was 2:47 pm) and thwt our room wouldn't be ready until about 3:40. Wr had somewhere we needed to be by 3:30 do we weren't even able to put our things in our room before our appointment. Wr came back around 10 pm and the man at the desk was much nicer and very helpful. He git us checked in quickly and we got into our room.
