The building and properties were OK. The room suite was OK or acceptable as well. No ice machines or vending ice machines at all. Ice cube tray in fridge but would have had to wait hours before enjoying a cool relaxing drink after driving 12 hours. The room cleanliness was less than acceptable. We needed to wipe office chair, table, lamps etc. Elevator full of fingermarks, tracks at bottom of elevator haven't washed or vaccummed in very many days. It was very almost scary, there was a fight in the hallway at 2-3am and I would never stay there again.

I never have had any issues with a hotel before this stay. I booked a double room months ago and then was told while checking in that that was not available and the only option was two singles near each other. The bathroom faucet was broke in one of the rooms and it reeked of marijuana. When telling the staff about the broken faucet, he said he would check it out and then proceeded to not communicate to us that he shut the water off in the bathroom entirely. I asked to have the water drip with no water flow fixed in bathroom sink. Two of the staff wrote down my request. After the third night, I talked to a wonderful staff member in the morning that apologized for the issue and actually got it fixed. The first two staffers were useless and obviously not concerned about my well being.
