Cigarette smoke smell in hallway

The hotel should not advertise complimentary breakfast as for me coffee and tea with cereal bars and horrible muffins does not make for a breakfast especially with no area to sit down . At least have toasts,jams and juices as for me who don’t drink coffee there was nothing to drink. We chose the hotel based on this complimentary offer. We will never stay with this chain again.

The kicked me out after the first night and said they didnt have the booking even though my Expedia res clearly says two nights

A huge inconvenience I reserved this facility when I got there to check in the hotel had been overbooked.

Awful relocation placement I did not stay at the hotel. It was at an unsafe neighborhood and was I not a hotel I would be comfortable staying at. Very disappointed in the relocation team placing me there. I stayed at a rest stop. I wish to be refunded. The overall process was miserable.
