Smelly room The room smelled like an old dirty man. Tried to mask it with perfume but didn’t work. Kept window open all night for fresh air.

The room and hallways had a terrible odor. The wifi kept cutting out. The cereal bowl i was given wasn't cleaned properly. My slippers were sticking to the floor. I had to get a mop, and abucket of warm water with a cleaning solution to wash the floor in my room. It was disgusting. The night shift manager (Katheryn) did everything she could to assist me with the limited resources she had available. Dogs barking after 10 pm. Worst experience ever (40+years) in a hotel.

Room was supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of smoke. And at 5:30am, someone set off the smoke/fire alarm and woke everyone up

Smells like cigarettes Entire property smells like cigarette smoke starting from entrance.my nonsmoking room was smelling very bad, I got throat pain just staying overnight. I have checked out immediate next day though initial plan was to stay for a week. Lights weren’t working but Can’t complain about staff, they were okay!
