There’s no counter top in the bathroom for your toiletries. You have leave your toiletries in the room and get them into the bathroom one by one as you use them. The air conditioner was very loud.

Not as described and not a good value Not a great stay or value. The description of the room said it included dishes, pots/pans, utensils…. As you’d expect at extended stay, and WHY we booked the room. So imagine my disappointment when we had gone shopping for groceries, expecting to be able to eat in. I had to go get plates, cups, forks… oh, and NO coffee maker. Place was really dirty. très moyen comme hôtel Le lit n'était pas très confortable et avec des draps tâches. Un bas sale trâinait du client avant sous une chaise ??? balayeuse a été passé ou pas ? non insonorisé encore moins avec une chicane de couple qui crie à 4am. Salle de bain moyennement propre mettons. La réception m'a très bien accueuillie sur ça je n'ai rien à dire.

Disappointed on so many levels... This place had a great rating and a great price - this place was a disaster. I have lost my trust in hotels.com in their reviews! The place was dirty, too small, no electric outlet (had to unplug the light) except by the stove. No countertop in the bathroom to place my toothbrush/other bathroom items. No luggage stand. The chair looked like someone vomitted on it...I had to cover it with a towel. I'm not sure who writes these positive reviews??

I was not happy that it only had a stand up shower. A very small stand up shower. Specifically as a female and with kids you need a normal shower with tub. Also I was not made aware that you were responsible for your own housekeeping, including trash and linens. You have to pay for housekeeping for a fee. I would’ve paid extra to stay at a nice normal hotel
