This hotel was TERRIBLE. The only thing that needs to be said is…roaches. Got a refund but the front desk wasn’t manned after 11p so we had no choice but to stay until morning. Will NEVER book with this hotel chain again

Got told at the last minute that the room we needed was double booked. They did fix it by giving us 2 rooms with single beds or offer a refund but it was too late to book another hotel for our stay due to beijg a busy weekend. One room the dishwasher was rusted. The other room, their was roaches. The kickplate under the counter was broken and falling down. Room was DIRTY. Food left in freezer from previous people. Dog poop in middle of hallway. Staff was very polite and helpful, but our room did not feel clean. Beds were dirty on the corners. Roaches on the wall. Pull out had stains and was dirtier than the beds.

Horrible The hotel was dirty. The staff was clueless. Their were no linens for the pullout bed. Their were no paper towels, no plates and no silverware. As a person who has stayed at hundreds of hotels. This was by far my worst experience. Will never stay at Extended Stay America again.
