Could not get service at front desk

The staff I dealt with were all very nice but this is not a great hotel. Felt like there were a good deal of permanent tenants and had some concerns about safety and definitely noise. Also, though there is a kitchen in the room it was equipped with nothing. When I checked in the staff member asked if I would like anything for my kitchen as it came empty. I said yes and he gave me a plastic bin with the bare necessities. It is hard to find affordable hotels in the cincy/covington area so that is why I chose it but I would not... read more

Unreal The hard working employees were great! Management didn’t care about my complaints, nor did anything to take care of anything! I should get my money back!

I was very disappointed for almost $200 for a night that there was no coffee or so called to go breakfast items available when we went to the front desk area within the posted breakfast time. Also, our toilet was backed up the entire time and disgusting and the shower faucet works horrible as well. Again, did not feel my stay was worth the $200 I spent!

Very Disappointed! My husband and I stayed here for two nights. I read the reviews and they were mixed, we decided to give it a shot. It turns out that the poor reviews were accurate. Check in was okay, but the man was clearly not a people person. We took the very slow elevator to our floor. We noticed a musty odor in the hallway while we were going to our room. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or the kitchenette. There weren’t any toiletries, period. The carpet was extremely stained and the beds were very uncomfortable. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. We will not stay at a hotel under this name again after this experience.
