The bath tub was a little bit dirty , when I was at the lobby I heard a man conplaining that his rooms wasn’t clean at all. In my room it was just the bath tub. Everything else was good. The person at the lobby was very nice

No elevators

Disappointing Inappropriate to continue to book customers on any floor but 1 if your elevator is nonfunctional!! Did not feel they truly cared at front desk , they stated sorry, your room on 4th floor, again not heartfelt by any means . When checked out still no one there working on elevator! Poor way to run business, very disappointed. However, bed, room comfortable , safe area.
