We were pleased with the check in. The room fulfilled our needs and expectations. Housekeeping was good to excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. We requested dishes and utensils and we were provided with what we needed. There was no automatic door opener so entry was not easily accessible for folks with walkers, wheelchairs or canes. Overall we would certainly consider coming back to stay at this property and would recommend it to others who are not mobility impaired.

The property is beautiful and the room was very nice. The "breakfast" was rather disappointing.

Not much to say about what I like other then super close to the airport! Dislike: So close to the Hosp Could hear people in the next room. Slamming of doors ALL night long! Not exactly clean. Found a condom wrapper under bed with a bottle of oj. If we were staying for more then a few hrs I would have canceled my trip and gone to another hotel. Very disappointed! Being former military family we lived in an extended stay for a month waiting on a house and it was very nice!

It was clean. What I didn’t like was the continental breakfast consisted of blueberry muffins and oatmeal in a bag and coffee. So we went out to breakfast and thought we would get coffee for our trip when we got back. It was all put away. Very sad.

I like the location it was only a 10 minute ride to Paul Brown Stadium. I didn't like that it didn't have automatic doors !!! It was hard holding doors while pulling luggage!! If a handicap person booked this hotel it would be hard for them to come in and out by their self. My room was very nice loved the color scheme and the mini kitchen in the room. I also didn't like housekeeping was only available if you stayed 8 doors or more less then that you had to pay for service.
