This is my second visit in a week. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. When I went to my room the lights were on and there were cleaning supplies on the table. I immediately told the staff and she assigned me another room. The rooms are quiet (hard to believe right next to the freeway) and clean.

We only stayed one night so maybe we don't have the bestnopinion but our stay was perfect. Check was easy and smooth, employee was very nice. Our room didn't jave a coffee pot in it like she zaid it would but it wasn't a huge deal, as they have coffee and muffins in the lobby in the morning. There is a kitchen in the room so we got take out from near by and re heated it in our room. There weren't any accessories in the room (coffee pot, hair dryer, kitchen tools ect.) Again, not a huge deal because we only stayed one night.

Place was decent, staff members are so friendly but the free internet connection is too slow(<2mbps). They ask for around $5 more to use faster internet connection. I have never seen a place with <2mbps internet speed, even McDonald's and Burger King free WiFi is much faster than this.

Ten minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
