A painful experience There's no way to be worst! The drain of the bath was clogged. I asked the guy at the reception for some help. He was very unhelpful and quite arrogant. He refused any help and denied give me another room. The room was unbearable dirty. They didn't do the room (no change towels). The cook and the microwave were terribly dirty. The girls at the reception work in a appropriate way; that guy ... OMG ! what hateful behavior!

They hotel was filthy, the room was pure nasty, the staff were unprofessional both in appearance and in actions. Description online is misleading. Listed as breakfast provided. It was a very small table with coffee, muffins and packages of instant oatmeal. No where to sit and eat. The one small trash can was so full there was piles of trash on the floor all around it. No ice maker in the entire facility, no hair dryer, the tub dripped water all night long.

I was looking for a larger room with a kitchen. This fit the bill online. But disapointed in several things. The kitchen floor was filthy, the hot and cold water were reversed at the sink. the refrigerator leaked water from the freezer all over our food in the bottom, table had a leg that was wobbly, Ants were on me every time I sat in the recliner chair, the bathroom was very small for 4 people.
