I booked with Travelocity and once I arrived the clerk stated the hotel was overbooked and there was no rooms (2) for us. We drove from over 2 hours away and nothing was more frustrating than to be told we didn’t have a room after we already booked it. No apologies No trying to assist us nothing! Very very bad customer focus and I will never book with Travelocity or this hotel again! Also I need my credit card refunded right away!!!

Not good The fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning and woke everyone up. I went downstairs to ask what happened, she rudely said it was fake? And prior to that, i asked for an extra pillow and they was all out?

The elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor. I know we got the last room but this wasn’t mentioned until after I had paid and gotten my room key. No one ever came to the front desk at check out so we just left.

The floor that I stayed on (2nd) has the strongest odor of sewage.. It smelled horrible and made me nauseous. The hotel staff imposed my privacy& totally embarrassed me as they opened the door while I was getting dressed. The snack & drink machines were broken & they offered no coffee or juice. The room I stayed in hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there was hair shavings around the sink and in bathtub.

Terrible stay overall. The shower wall had residue where it looked like it had been sprayed to be cleaned, but never was. I stayed at this location bc it had a "kitchen" It took 2 hours to boil water to boil potatoes, no joke. There was no oven. The fire alarm started going off bc the exhaust vent fan didn't work. The bed was a worn out spring mattress. The 1 vending machine that they had didn't work. There were Reese pieces under the edge of the bed. The check-in lady was extremely nice.

is was okay until i called back up there i left my nike air max $100 brand new shoes i was told they had them i could pick them up at front desk . when i went to get them they were no where to be found . I believe one of the staff members stole them and brought them home still havent been reimbursed nor has any one contacted me about them .I would have to say the worst customer service evet.

Just OK for a budget hotel. Floors need cleaning throughout, especially under the beds. Bathroom was unacceptably musty smelling (mildew?). Beds and bedding was good. What is being served as "breakfast" should be referred to as coffee and snacks.
