We had a late check in, early morning staff try to enter the room, interrupting our sleep. We tried to get a late check out but we were told, owe we’re checked out since last night and for that reasons, our request was denied. Very disappointed!!!

the property is very nice new beds and nice location but it all is not worth it when you have rude untrained staff who are more likey to be working with animals on a ranch. they act like the customers are the emplyees and they are the boss. They do not even look professional they hang at the frong smoking like a chimney and they have an unfriendly look , frown and "date to interrupt me " you work for me ont i am here to serve you. Room floor dirty, no free breakfast, no service Very unpleasant stay, not coming back. To start, there were some interesting people loitering in the parking lot. When we arrived (8pm or so), the front desk was closed and there was no one around. There is a piece of paper on the door that says to call a number and someone will assist me. Dirty dirty dirty. This is a property where people live, party, and get loud. Room smelled like formaldehyde. Dirt and bugs on floor. No one was ever at the front desk seemed like they opened just to check in online bookings. No staff ever. Worst experience from a hotel in my life only plus was the location wasn’t terrible surrounding the hotel. Stay away.

So run down. The staff is unprofessional, spoke on their cellphone the entirety of our check in and even while seen on the property walking the halls up to the point of check out still talking on her cell phone. The furniture in the rooms is disgusting fake pleather peeling on the couches destroyed from animal scratches. The bed linens were covered in dog hair they must not mop,sweep, or wash the bed skirts. Safe your money and go somewhere else. This property is very outdated and looks very creepy inside. The minute you enter the building you’ll noticed a very strong odor and unfortunately the rooms are the same. We literally checked in, took a shower and went to look for another hotel. We were disgusted by the odor and condition of the hotel. Never again!
