Everything we asked for like the little bottles of sampoe and an extra towel they wanted to charge for them.. Was very disapointed and would not stay there or recomend them.For 180$ it was not worth it

This was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had with a hotel. The hotel is not smoking free, people smoke there, and abnormal smell!!! The room is NOT clean. There are many long term guest living there who smoking.

Hallways dirty, no cleaning service, roaches in room. The main staff very friendly. You can hear noice all night. People above us sounded like horses raising. You can clearly heard rooms next door. No sound proof. Internet does not work, had to pay extra for internet to work.

This was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had with a hotel. When we checked in and went to the room it was not cleaned. No sheets on the bed, smelled like wet dog, what we think was pee on the floor, pillows were dirty, staining on bed etc. We called down to the front and due to lack of options (we were told we could get a refund if we didn’t want to stay), we stayed and they “cleaned” the room for us. I stayed here for two weeks there are some strange characters that come in and out of here. My toilet clogged and made funny noises after it got fixed. I had a roach crawling on the counter and when i was on my laptop on the desk there was another roach walking on the desk. I paid to stay in a room with a queen size mattress and had to settle with a full size mattress with no couch in the room just two beds.
