This was the worst place I have ever stayed ‘ it was infested with roaches and we left and booked somewhere else after we seen that would never recommend staff was rude amd they new they had bugs and never disclosed that at check in

Never Again!!!! I had a 7 night stay I left a day early. Between the roaches and bed bugs. We spent the first 5 days using a plunger for our toilet. Finally our room was changed. The next room the toilet was slanted the door handle was half missing. You can’t smoke but the halls and elevator could stink of pot. After hours a homeless man slept in the lobby, stinking the place up. Most quests live there. Dogs and cats but can’t smoke.

The room was full of SMALL COCKROACHES came out of all sides. cockroaches came out of the walls, under the bed EVERYWHERE it was a plague of cockroaches. I grabbed my suitcase and left the room. I call the frondesk person name Jesus so he can see the cockroaches in the room. because of how relaxed he was, it seems to me that this is not the first time this has happened to them. quickly he gave me my full refund. Room was not cleaned. There were no comforters on the bed. Moved to a different room which was infested with roaches. Manager refused a refund for unused nights. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

This place is INFESTED with ROACHES of ALL shapes and sizes. I don’t give a damn what all of the good reviews say, do not stay here unless you don’t mind sleeping with roaches and possibly taking them home with you. I called corporate to complain. They never got back with me. The manager act so surprised that we seen roaches. Don’t play, y’all know y’all have them

Room was dirty. Sink was nasty, and toilet as well. Hotel smelled really strong of drugs.
