Very dirty room with roaches No amenities at all No dishes in the room even though it was a room with kitchen

Horrendous Experience. Severe roach infestation come thru drain in bathroom. From there, they are all over the room. No front desk after 9 or 8pm.. Party on room above mine; dragging furniture, yelling. No sleeping until 3:30 am. No shampoo, no iron available; all loaned out by 7:30pm. Shower head with heavy mildew. No shower curtains. Had to go get one. Horrible. I need a refund from this useless place.

Nasty place, people walking the parking lot looking in car windows and asking for money. Most of the staff was not at all interested in working there. Won’t be staying again.

Roach hitel Awful. A roach motel. I have several photos the first room I was given which was 211 filled with roaches the attendant Tameka stated they have had several complaints due to roaches. I was then given another room 315 I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom roaches everywhere. Just disgusting

The room was dirty. When we check out was 9am, the elevator wasn’t work, we have to use the stairs. The place is nice but dirty!!

Very dirty, broken refrigerator, roaches. Did not stay and would like a refund.

The worst Worst experience of my life. Arriving customer service was good. The room, DEAD ROACHES Squished on the wall. food left in the sink, shower has disgusting water stains, bathtub filthy, candy and chip bags with other trash left behind the chair. I don’t know what they mopped the floor with but it left slimy residue. Went to get another room the guy at the front desk said “is there roaches in there” I said “yes, so you are aware”.
