I booked a suite. When i went to the second bathroom inside the shower was hair scattered around the tub. When i looked at the sink there was a hair around the opening of the sink. In the other bathroom the tub was dirty but usable. Overall im glad i only stayed one night.

Hotel said did not have reservation for me. Then I was told oversold. I had to log into Expedia to get confirmation to prove I had reservation. Lamps at bed did not work or needed new light bulbs. Some stains on bed sheets.

It smells pretty bad, and the bathroom is old and looks like it has mold

It was a bait & switch. Reserved a suite and they gave it to someone else. Had to settle for lesser room. Got to the room and it smelled and was dirty. Your socks turn black walking on that floor. The bathroom smelled like urine, microwave didn’t work, not one dish in room, no coffee pot available. It was too late to change. Absolutely NO effort to resolve when reported next day. First night of two of Extended Stay The guy at the desk was very nice. Helped me when we needed cups etc. when I checked in though the room we originally booked thru here wasn’t available which left us with two beds. It was hard to do with three kids and two adults.
