Room was a former smoking room. Smelled terrible. Overall, the place was dingy and no services to speak of. No breakfast (even grab & go) was seen.

Worst place I've ever stayedNo Queen towels South was very very rude and if you wanted towels you had to go to the front desk and get them the Russian girl was very very rude

I made a reservation at this hotel 2 months in advance via Orbitz. On the morning of my stay, the hotel called me directly to inform me that they did not have a room for me and were cancelling my reservation. It was very disappointing and confusing and forced a last minute scramble to find somewhere other than my car to sleep that night. Then, at 11:33pm that night (many hours after my reservation should have begun), someone else from the hotel called me, waking me up to inform me AGAIN that they did not have a room for me. ... read more

I did not like the property and I checked out 30 minutes after checking in. ROOMS ARE ABSOLUTELY DIRTY, THE TOILET SEAT HAD A LARGE STAIN ON IT AND SHOULD'VE BEEN REMOVED BEFORE THE ROOM WAS CONSIDERED FOR UAE OF CUSTOMERS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.!

Pet dander all over the room , smelled terrible had to change my room and that room wasn’t clean either hair all was all over the sink , no garbage cans , dirty comforter, broken shelves. The tv was broken and tilted and out dated !

Nothing like finding dope bags in the washer and dryer and hypodermic needles in the back parking lot and drivers taking naps with the spike hanging out there arm its a shame ....thats north olmsted

Trashy No one was ever at the front desk. Our room had garbage in the cupboards that leaked and smelled awful!!! I would never recommend this place.
