Sheets were dirty, had to ask for a fresh one. Bathroom was dirty as well. Stove did not work. Free breakfast was supposed to be provided , but it was only coffee and a snack bar. Heat was not working as well.

I must have arrived in the lobby just as the clerk left for his break as I had to wait serval minutes (am smoker came and went as I waited)... entrance. lobby and elevator smelled badly of pot every time I entered and exited (6 times)... my room, while a nice design, smelled horribly and I used a whole can of deodorant and luckily sleep with a CPAP machine that helped filter the smell so I could sleep... toilet bowl stained and needs deep cleaning... very disappointed in this location

My room was dirty the microwave had bugs inside, restroom was dirty. The rug was dirty, water dripping from the ceiling.

This room was clean and inspected hours prior to your check in. I also called and checked on how the room was and there were no complaints 20 minutes after your check in. The roof has zero water spots or any leakage whatsoever. I am confused about your comments?

I don’t even know what the smell was in the room. Hallway smelled like smoke, opened the window as much as I could and the smell in the room (not smoke) would not go away. Door handle to the bathroom came off when I opened it…just all around a bad room.

This property felt like the portal to Silent Hill. There were a few unfriendly, seemingly houseless people loitering in front of the entrance. It was very strange because there were so many other hotels nearby that seemed to be desolate. The room was dirty and the hallway outside smelled like cigarettes. Both bathrooms had distinct residue.
