This place is very outdated. The room was not clean, stains on a pillow, on the bathroom countertop and the floor was not clean either. I will never stay there again.

La recepcionista que nos trató mal. Nos cancelaron la reservación aunque ya estaba pagada de antemano. No quisieron devolver el dinero. No quisieron darme la habitación. Pienso que fue más por racismo por el idioma. La mujer de la recepción estaba hablando portugués y no acepto que yo le explicara ni le preguntara porque me canceló la reservación. La primera vez que tengo una terrible experiencia así. No lo recomiendo y deberían de quitar este hotel de expedía porque eso daña la reputación de la página.

The rooms smell very bad. The lobby was smelling a lot. We somehow had to settle with a room after switching a couple of rooms but none of them were really good. The staff was super rude. We asked for a toaster as mentioned in the room notes, and she was so horrible as if we asked for her kidney and as if she was doing a charity by giving the hotel asked her to give. I think the hotel should mention 'Come beg for a toaster'. Overall very bad experience, I would now think twice before going to any Extended Stay America.

No staff at night and got locked out with no assistance at the property

Chromecast made me feel very uncomfortable he made me feel like he did that want to help me and that I was bothering him because he was tired the phones did not work and there was a point where a phone call needed to be addressed coming in I couldn't even call out my daughter is pregnant and needed to go to the hospital she couldn't even dial 911 Windows didn't work bedroom are very uncomfortable and springs were just sticking out no blankets no pillows old food I need bed and so forth girls are very good the cleaning staff ... read more

The employee who checked me in was the absolute worst. From the beginning when I arrived at 3am due to my flight being delayed she was rude. I explained to her this and was still willing to pay the $100 charge necessary to check in because I was so tired. She had a nasty attitude not with me but all customers of color.
