Not worth it No blow dryer which should be standard. No glasses available for a drink of water, I would have had to ordered a package of dishes from the front desk. No coffee available either. No thank you

A hair dryer, drinking cups are all available from the front desk upon request. Our coffee remains out during breakfast hours 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. This was communicated during check in and with the literature on the counter in your room upon check in.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Stay away from this place! As soon I walked in the lobby smelled of marijuana. The front desk attendant was not present. I had to use a lobby phone to call an extension to get her to come out of a room to check me in. Once in our room it just kept getting worse. Found an old dirty rag that had turned orange from sitting there so long. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The carpet had not been swept and there was stuff all over it. There was hair on the desk. A contact lens on the nightstand, a sticky residue all over all of the furniture, There was a ton of hair on the walls of the shower and the floors. The towels were stained and just looked dirty. We shared our concerns with the front desk and was told “I’m sorry” with no offer to clean it or refund the room charge. Brought my mom here for some one on one for Mothers Day weekend. I booked a 2 bed queen suite which we needed because it offered a separate living space and seating for our visitors Sunday. During check in, I was informed my reservation was a could not be filled because those rooms have not been available for years, yet they still allow Expedia to book them and wont stop this "bait".
