At check in sign said I'll be right back - never came - had to call. Supposed to have a "breakfast", but it was only granola bars.

Nathan was great & very accomodating. The rest of the staff was not. The bed was very hard & uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more grab & go choices or a continental breakfast.

Had trash all over outside hotel, musty smell, bed was so uncomfortable, heard second floor above us all night, our friends had someone try and enter their room. The hotel didn’t have our friends room registered as someone in it so they changed the lock in the middle of the night and a lady got the door open. Thankfully their safety lock was on. They found a dead cockroach in their room. No breakfast besides pre-packed muffins and oatmeal (no bowls) overall not for me.

Poor service and terrible front desk attention I had to wait for more than an hour and a half to check in because the front desk person disappeared and did notreturn to the front desk while i was there for more than an hour an half. Who knows how long he was gone prior to my arrival. Worst experience ever.

The staff was helpful, most of them. I found roaches in my room. The elevators and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, like there was someone actually smoking in them. The hallway floors had trash on them. My room had food stains on the carpet. There was a thick layer of dust and hair on the lamp shades by the bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, my back was hurting. After I found the roaches, I seriously thought about leaving and getting another room at one of the neighboring hotels. Pros: comfortable bed, separate living room and bedroom, two bathrooms Cons: bugs, clogged shower drain, broken bedroom door handle (took 5 minutes to force the door open. Didn’t shut it again), kitchenware requested but never delivered, grab-and-go breakfast was a packaged muffin and granola bar, the smoking area with sign is next to main entrance so walking through smoke was unavoidable. Would not stay here again.

BUGS!!!! DO not stay here Bugs, bugs, bugs...there were roaches in the kitchen about an hour after I checked in. I immediately requested a refund and they still charged me for one night. I have called again for full refund. A real pain. This location needs an overhaul or rebuild. It smells, there are roaches, and its in obvious disrepair.
